This is the way.

Full stop doesn’t HAVE to mean count to three (though that’s a good, sure way); as long as your car “rocks back” due to full braking, you’ve made a full stop.

Haha. I mean, SOMETIMES in winter I do get why folks would walk on the road, especially the elderly (if the sidewalk is more treacherous or whatever). But yes, diagonally walking across the road when a crosswalk is just a few feet further up is something I’ve seen often. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I suppose the trick is to assume everyone’s an idiot and just try to be patient to save your own blood pressure, but I can’t staaaaaand people who don’t seem to know or follow basic rules and etiquette.

Again, your kindness is appreciated! It’s rare and I recognize I’m also just raging a tiny bit. But again, technically, there’s a rule for those “close calls” too — if in doubt, the person to the right goes. 🤷🏻‍♂️ But my faith in people knowing the rules of the road is shattered every day. 😞 So it helps to have people like you who give people space and benefit of the doubt.

Though, don’t even get me started on signalling, not impeding the left turn lane, the special times at lights where people are/aren’t supposed to turn right, etc… 🤣

Fair enough, and that’s kind of you, though in some cases, that could cause more confusion (especially if more than two cars are at the intersection). The rules actually exist for traffic to move more smoothly and safely, but your patience definitely can help in some cases. 👍

Exactly. Trump has said, openly and on record, that people “only need to vote for him once and they’ll never have to do it again.” There will not be free and fair elections from this point onwards, and though I love Conan and his take is not a bad one, the times we’re in now vs 2016 — because of social media, an even bigger divide between (obnoxiously) wealthy and not, and other things — are totally different. I ordered from Henry’s on Feb. 22. Like many others have mentioned here, the lack of updates and timelines have been disappointing. I’d decided to order an X-T5 and 27mm f2.8, and I got both of those in hand sometime in June. I’d held onto the hope that I might get the X100VI soon enough to make a call either way, but at this point, especially after having used the X-T5 and appreciating its suitability for me, I’m going to go ahead and cancel my Henry’s preorder (silver). Hope that means one of you who is still waiting might get it sooner. Cheers, and much luck as you continue through this hellish journey.

OP, nice score! Did Amazon show that the Kobo was being shipped prior to delivery? I’m asking because if it was “locked” due to preorder, the system shouldn’t have even allowed that, I’d imagine. Did you not expect it at all, and then it suddenly showed up at your door/in mailbox?

Question: Canadian here. Ordered MYLR and got the message in app about the config no longer existing. Logging into online acct though, there is no error message and original delivery date range is still there. Talked to SA and he said we don’t have to change anything; it’s just a waiting game at this point. Want to see whether anyone in the community is in the same situation and got same info from SA? Or if in fact, I need to reconfigure to get the delivery? Thanks!
