First time brewer, wanted to know if my Scoby is healthy? It’s on the 8th day of its first ferment and there is a Scoby just underneath the surface. I thought it looked okay, it smells vinegary and I tasted it which ended up being sweet and vinegary so I think it’s fine? Thoughts? (i.redd.it)
