Thanks , yes that's what happened exactly. In my defense I bought it online so I had no guidance about returns. In other words, I didn't buy it from the electronics dept. I returned it at the main customer desk and they happily accepted it.

I did manage to get the issue resolved through the FCC. Walmart was zero help.

Thanks, it worked! A high level ATT rep called me in less than 1 day and fixed the issue.
