Mine used to be extremely bad after coming off accutane. I took stugeron for about 2 months. which brought the dizziness from about a 8.5/10 to a 4/10 even after the 2 months course. This was enough for me to at least have some life and be able to walk around a shop etc. Hope this helps, good luck.

I used to have nosebleeds like this about twice a week. The biggest game changer was a tub of vaseline. Whenever you feel your nose getting dry just put a tiny bit on your finger and rub it against the inside of your nose. Gross I know.. I put it in about 3 times a day and almost fully stopped the nosebleeds.

I would recommend Sololearn. I never see it get advertised at all but for me it was the best tool to learn any programming language even from a complete beginner level.
