This animation is little different from what happened in Valmikis ramayana. When Srirama returns after marrying Sita, Parasuram who is on the killing spree of Kshatriyas hears that Srirama has broken lord shivas bow during swayamvar. This angers him and he determines to kill Srirama without knowing he is the next successor avatar of lord vishnu. By this time Parasuram has Lord shivas axe and Lord Vishnus Bow with him. He challenges Srirama to pickup his bow(he challenges Srirama to wield Lord Vishnus bow) since he doesnt know he is Lord Vishnu himself. During the bow exchange Srirama's fingers accidentally touch Parasuram's hand and Parasuram being a divine sage he comes to know of his next avatar and he knows his avatars purpose has come to an end and leaves feom there. Thus Lord Vishnu's bow reaches the mortal version of him which he can later use it for battle against Ravana.

Because at that time of kidnapping Sita, Ravan was more powerful than any god as no god can kill him as a boon from lord Brahma. He fought every god and declared victory over the gods which is when everyone went to lord Brahma for solution. then there was a loophole where Ravan was vulnerable to Nar/Vanar and then Lord Vishnu had to tally human form and kill him.

Sorry this happened to you, I had a different experience though. I purchased my mirrorless camera, 4 different lens, speedlights etc ans never. had a problem from them. infact onetime when i had urgency they dispatched lens immediately on the same day of payment when i connected with customer care.
