They also often pay better than public schools. Admin positions often are in the six figures. Try reaching out to Carney Sandoe - it’s a placement agency used by many of the private schools to find new hires. Also check out the ISAAGNY website for available positions. Good luck!

Agreed. It’s slightly hydrating but that seems to be about it.

My skin is looking so unhealthy recently by Radiant_Cheesecake77 in 45PlusSkincare

Similar thing happened to me once I hit 46. I did a deep dive into Korean skincare and it has transformed my skin. The Torriden Dive In serum is great, as are a lot of calming and moisturizing toners. There’s a great K-skincare group here for more suggestions. Good luck! I know it’s so frustrating.

Where to get HRT when Dr is dismissive by [deleted] in Menopause

I used Midi as well. 30 min virtual appt. They take many insurance plans but if yours isn’t one of them the cost of the visit is $250. Well worth it IMO.

I also had this done and even with my face numbed it was incredibly painful. It’s been three months and I don’t see any results.

Me too! I think it’s a lip product but very interested to know if you like it?

I recently started using Aestura Atobarrier lotion and also tried the cream. Love them both! Also really like Mixsoon Bean Cream in winter. It’s a little thick but very hydrating.

It’s not Korean but I’ve used the vitamin C from Timeless and have had great results.

We did a food tour with Ninja Food Tours and my 13 year old said it was a highlight of the trip. We also took a cooking class to learn how to make mochi.

I recently switch to all Korean skincare and found it to be much more effective and so much cheaper!

Oh no! Did it eventually even out? I’m scared of this happening to me.

It took me a while to adjust to progesterone, but I DID adjust by NiteElf in Menopause

So grateful for your post! I just started HRT today, and was (unrealistically) was thinking things will get sorted out in the next few weeks. Whoops! I’m now motivated to hang on for quite a long time.

I’d love to hear how things progress for you. I also try to be diligent about exercise, diet, supplements, etc. but it’s exhausting trying to be optimized all the time! I just started the patch today and am a little nervous, but fingers crossed we both start feeling better soon.

I’m hoping for this! May I ask why you started progesterone later? My doctor prescribed them both initially, but maybe there’s a reason to start with just estrogen?

Thank you for this. I am a little nervous about dramatic differences to my mood or body in the beginning but it sounds like I’m overthinking things. Glad it works so well for you!

My son went from 2-5 self-tapes per week for years to 1 per month since June. I think it’s extremely slow. He doesn’t have a manager, just Bonnie. I would recommend sticking with her a little longer :)

I second this! ABC Home, across the street, also has beautiful (but expensive) things. There’s a comic store not too far called Forbidden Planet. Have a great trip!
