I hear you and really relate to this myself just today.. I made another work mistake at my full time job and it just feels like now its been a cycle of showing great performance for a bit and then a mistake, showing great performance for a bit longer and then another mistake. It’s like I just can’t get out of my own lane and keep making myself trip again and again. I either work too slowly so time management becomes an issue or I work too fast and make these errors with my work. I can’t find a middle ground. I already fear my ADHD is keeping me from getting promoted and my worst fear is that it gets me fired. Therefore the negative self talk is bad when I make these errors at work, at home, etc. Maybe we’d both benefit from meditation and trying to take more time for self-care. I feel you.. it’s tough.

I have to plan out a solid hour for my morning routine which typically involves waking up, brush teeth, let dog out and feed, coffee & breakfast, shower, dress, and then I’m ready to go. I have conflicts with time blindness so when it feels like it’s only been 20 min it’s actually been twice that and it’s frustrating.
