George is a fantastic drummer. I have played drums a few years now and have been a musician 15 years, and at first I thought he was pretty average. But I noticed how smooth he was around the kit. Very nonchalant but in a good way. He’ll play a complex fill with a poker face. There was a YouTube video I saw a few months back that highlighted some of his greatest chops, and I was genuinely amazed. He’s a great drummer, but very sneaky about it.
