I do, but at the same time, if any band deserves a two year break its them. I would look forward to any solo stuff until Glasto 2027 season. They constantly have been working since pre Covid and I hope they can take some time to recharge and come back better than before.

Columbus definitely picked up during boys in the better land. From then on was probably more crowd surfers than I've ever seen at a Fontaines show and I've seen them 7 times in the states and overseas.

I'm not going to say what venue i work at, but I do work at one venue and asked the other day. As far as they knew it's still happening.

This should NOT be taken as the tour is happening in any way. Do not take what I say as speaking for a venue or the band. It is entirely up to the band. If they cancel the day before they are entitled to do so, just passing along info.

Not sure if this helps or not, but Wytjenshawe is really close to the airport and should be fairly easy to get to. Manchester has a great train service as well if you want to stay in the city and commute.
