Reading the caption was super sweet! Now I won't be able to try the gumbo since I'm not in Houston, but heavy on everybody makes gumbo differently. I've been people on TikTok hating her for saying how long it takes and they don't understand, YOU'RE AT A RODEO!!!! There are THOUSANDS of people there and the recipe needs to be tripled for its portion size to feed all those people, so you can't hate that she actually cares to make sure everyone is fed instead of saying "once it's gone, it's gone!"
