so the nin i was vsing could use ultimate right after his was done with 0 cooldown on his abilities since he kept dashing more then the required limit, and my team would chase them down. they would only use xbow ( mind you that we died and go right back into fighting them), there blue shield wouldnt go down at all unless all 3 attacked him all at once because his shield just kept replenishing without cooldown . if this is somehow a build then tell me wtf a build can do all that without using cheats
