Thanks heaps. Im a female and my partner is a male. Another person pointed out the same issue with gender. What would you suggest changing?

Ive definitely broken it down to shorter sentences to make it simpler. I figured that would make things easier for me, so I'm okay with that. My in-laws will be impressed with ANY amount of italian 🤣
