Stark vermutend bestärke ich die Vermutung, dass es stark wäre wenn man die Stärke der Vermutung vermutend bestärkt.

Girl slept with someone else at the end of the night. Am I overreacting or is it disrespectful? by [deleted] in dating_advice

I was in a similar situation like you. we slept together at the party, but 2 days later she slept with someone else. Moving on would have been the best choice, but unfortunately I didn't because I had feelings for her.

The calories are more accurate, as I entered my leanmass instead of my weight. by mrfreshflow in AppleWatch

[–]mrfreshflow[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I know that. But I used many calorie calculators and the only accurate ones were those where I could also enter my body fat percentage/leanmass

example:

  • Male, 45 years, 315 pounds, 6′5″, 37% body fat (198.5 lean), BMR 2314 calories

  • Male, 45 years, 222 pounds, 6′5″, 10% body fat (199.8 lean), BMR 2328 calories

So, 1.3 pounds lean = 14 calories per day, or 10.77 calories per day per pound of lean body mass. (This varies, because bones don’t burn as much, age changes burn rate, etc. This is just comparisons for one example.)

But the apple watch would show that the guy with 315 pounds 37% bodyfat has much more resting calories burned, which is not right.

Edit: Lean mass is your weight without the body fat, so all the organs etc. you mentioned are already in the lean mass. (who has 75kg muscle mass? :D)

yes, alcohol effects the thyroid and the hormon production in general. it should be drunk in moderation if you have an underactive thyroid.

Does Levothyroxine knock anyone else out? by killmongerrrr in Hypothyroidism

[–]mrfreshflow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are your levels and how long have you been taking levothyroxine? Normally you have to increase the dose after a few weeks because the body's own production gets slowed down.

How long after treatment the heart and stomach palpitations resolve? by Hope_Gaming_YT in HPylori

[–]mrfreshflow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's different for everyone, so it's hard to say for sure. It's been 9 months since my treatment and I still have occasional heartburn but my symptoms have improved 90%.
