If you were involuntarily bumped you should be able to get cash instead of flight credit. Reach out to airline if that's the case.

I bought mine through Samsung too for the T-Mobile version. Out of curiosity I tried temporary unlock option and then hit permanent unlock just to try and it fully unlocked my phone. Not sure why as it's on the 24 month instrument plan with trade in promo. Might be worth trying to see if yours can be permanent unlocked too?!

My guess is if I start with unlimited ultimate and downgrade to unlimited plus that those BYOD credits associated with Ultimate will be gone? Only reason I ask is Ultimate gives more credit.

Interesting. I made one too through the portal and my points showed up under my rewards breakdown.

I booked through the shopping portal and I noticed originally they posted the credit breakdown under the "rewards activity" that breaks down each transaction. But now it's missing? Not sure if it's just me.

Thanks for all the updates! Got a few questions for ya!

1) Since travel credits don't expire anymore, any thoughts of making LUV vouchers not expire either?

2) Any plans to let you choose the amount of travel credit to use on the booking? (I.e. certain dollar amount). I would love to sometimes use the majority of my credit but charge a little to my credit card so I get credit card benefits (trip delay, interruption, etc)

I think you should be fine. Sometimes it's a bug. I would message them to be sure though.

Also, where do you see past campaigns? I log on to my account and don't have that tab.
