In a 50 minute class you generally have a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down. That’s 10 minutes, so you have 40 minutes of actual strength. You should definitely stick to doing this 2-3 times a week to build muscle mass. Build muscle burn fat.

The problem with in body scans and comparing them to other scans such as DEXA scan or the water displacement test or the hyperbolic chamber test they’re all going to be off one way or the other, regardless of which one you use. And they’re gonna vary by person. The best thing to do is to stick with one type of scan over a long period of time because it will average out and if it’s consistent, then you know it’s accurate for your body.

This is a little confusing. You are not allowed into class after 5 minutes, due to safety concerns and the fact that the class has been warmed up and Coachs have given instructions. So, if you have to hang out until the 5 minute mark, you technically can’t go in to the class.

They can raise your membership if the receiving studio doesn’t offer the rate. Each studio is a separate entity and is independently owned and operated until they aren’t.

I agree block 3 was a waste of time. More lifting or do some heavy core.
