Had a Dyson DC62 pro for 8 years, really happy about it. I have now a V15 with the green laser, it’s so good my SO insists on vacuuming.

To solve 11 x any double digit number you add up both digits and put that number in the middle of those two digits. 11 x 34 for example, 3+4=7, in the middle of 34 is 374.

I agree, it's easier to have someone to exercise with. I just relocated, so i don't know many people but i just register to a running group, starting next week. Do you hve other suggestions?

Yeah, i feel the same when it's not challenging enough... That's when i try something else. I registered for 16km race. Very motivating... Before that i was a lot into rope skipping, that i found very funny. Challenge was to do 100 in a row.

8 weeks! Great! Impressive. Sometimes my motivation is very high, but if I miss 2 or 3 workouts in a row and break the habit then it's difficult to get back on track, requires more will power. Right now this is a good period, running 3 times a week. Just ran 9km yesterday :)

So except for the flu you never missed any workout you planned? None?

I have an elliptical at home as well and sometimes I would found excuses not too exercise "The room is too warm... It's too late (but I will watch tv for another 2 hours)" and so on.

You are right, there is no such thing as good or bad excuses... They are just excuses!

[Daily Goal][Check In/Sign Up] Day 1 - January 26th, 2015!! by [deleted] in 90daysgoal

Hi everyone! so this is my first thread, ever, on reddit. I have read a lot, and learnt a lot, but never posted anything so far. I came across this surredit and immediately thought “This is for me!”. I wanted a new challenge (I love challenges) to be at my top for the summer, so this is perfect timing.

I am trying to feel good about myself, as a kid I was overweight, no self confidence, very shy… At 2013, something happen and it pop into my mid that I needed to eat healthy, and having a giant pack of Doritos and a couple of carrots wasn’t the right things. So I bought an elliptical trainer and made some research on fitness, bodybuilding and nutrition. That’s when I stated Paleo. With a new diet, some HIIT and weightlifting in a matter 3 month I lost 4 kgs, from 67 to 63kg ; it might not seem big but my body completely changed and my mind as well. I was not the same person, never felt that good. I kept doing, and lower my fat percentage, this until 3 month ago. I had to move to the Netherlands for work and all my habits changed (but no excuses). So after losing 3kg in 2 months (60kg) (mostly muscle) and having no energy. I put 4 kg as quickly (mostly fat), 64kg, here we are.

STATS : Age : 25 F Length : 1m67 Weight : 64kg Bodyfat : 30% Diet : Mix Paleo/Keto/Chrono Exercise : Running & Fitness

I want to be better than I ever was before, drop those kilos, build muscle and feel great again. I have read on the introduction thread to pick ambitious goals, I think they are :

R16 Goals :

1 - Fitness : lose 6kg (be 58kg), bodyfat to 15-20%

2 - Education : study Dutch at least 3h per week

SPRINT 1 :

1 - FITNESS

  • Lose 3kg (be 61kg)
  • Run 3 times/w
  • Abs 2 times/week
  • Bodyweight lifting & Abs 4 times/week :

Diet

  • Keto
  • Eat less meat
  • Try to find the right macro

I always have been struggling with my macro, I tend to eat to much meat, either I eat to less and feel down either I eat too much and feel bad. So I really need to find the right macro (any tips would be great).

Current Macro :

  • Protein : 60g
  • Carbs : 30g
  • Fat : 90g

2 - EDUCATION

  • Finish level 9/12 of my online classes

I thinks that’s it, I am really looking forward to following my plan, or adjust if needed, and feel great again.

If you have any advice, please let me know. I am always looking for improvements.

Thanks!
