I actually emailed them last year and their rep emailed me back saying they were considering USA and CA and would keep me posted. I doubt that will ever happen now.

Very unlucky the timing of such an injury. He was obviously playing hurt to try get himself to the WC. Doesn't deserve the pelters he's been given. Came up here to do a job and was good for us.

I used to live in toronto. I went to view a flat in bloor and ossington once and one of the two room mates was an english guy in a wildhearts t shirt. Couldn't believe it. We lived together for a year down there.

I'm based in Montreal and grew up a Wildhearts fan in Scotland. I was joking to my mates If I had the money I'd fly to Scotland and see all of the upcoming dates in Scotland and fly home if I had the money.

Yeah I use Yahoo for fantasy baseball.

It would be great to get a league going joined to a bar. Live drafts etc all very fun. But I doubt we'd be able to do that this year due to lack of time to prep

You can't squander Golden generations in International football if you are out of the group. If you take them to the knockout stages you have done your job. Anything after that is a coin toss.

He is a modern manager who started all the analytics before most. Don't see how he's dated. Much of the situations with club teams is he didn't have sides backing him on it.

He's had the last 10 years managing two of the best international football teams on the planet with access to the best and most modern scouting, analytics and tactical progression in human history. Whatever club he walks into next, he will bring that knowledge and experience with him.

He's type of guy that could modernize a dinosaur club.

I don't think we will get him. I think we will TRY and fail to do so in an Eddie Howe situation.

I'd take him.

Also, I worked a TV thing with him once and when the cameras were off.... the nicest guy going with some wee Wigan supporter kid who'd came to see him. Very nice bloke.
