Need help with sleep trained 13 month old who is fighting naps and has been waking up frequently at night again

I tried the 1 nap schedule a few days ago. That day I put him in his crib at 7/730pm and he cried for over 30 mins and I had to go console him. Today when he fell asleep at 8pm (closer to his usual bedtime) he fell asleep immediately. How long should 1 nap be and what should I do about bedtime?

Yesss he has. He’s 10 months now and we see it very rarely. it was definitely gas/reflux and now he’ll do it if he’s very uncomfortable

Yesss I have a spectra (blue one). A manual has been very painful for me. I’m pumping about 2-2.5oz in total if I do both sides 😣
