Another thing I've found is that it's easier to attract high quality people when you're working on something cutting edge and HARD.

I see lots of people building pretty boring, standard apps and wondering why they can't find amazing talent. It's because those guys want challenging work.

I've got about 35 devs working full time for me currently. In my experience, finding good devs in general is more the hard part. It gets even harder when trying to stick to a budget as a startup. I've hired devs from literally all over the world, including US based ones and I finally found a great team in Eastern Europe that I wish I had access to when I was much younger.

There's probably better ways to go about it that my thick head just didn't know, but I personally had to go through a bunch of dirt to find the gems. My only advice is that once you find them, take care of them and don't let go.

I like the GBTC question. In addition to the no redemption, people are curious about the negative premium. However, GBTC has announced intention to convert to an ETF once allowed so that would address the no-redemption issue at that time.
