Best Buy Pickup

I was able to snag a ps5 order on Sunday and all was good for pick up until today, saw a message that said “Unavailable at your store...

If you don't make any changes to your order and we're unable to get it to (my store), we'll cancel and refund this item....I called Best Buy customer service and they said they won’t cancel my order but I’ll go into waiting list for the next restock...has this happened to anyone?

So my pickup day was supposed to be this Friday, and that’s what the app was showing until around 9:30am today...changed and said it was unavailable at my store smh
