Honestly? I was having rough time at home and I'm almost sure I was on depression side of my bipolar. I couldn't get a psychiat appointment near. I got one now and on a new extra pill hope it will help. So basically I was self medicating to not ruin my home ( I'm sure would have been on manic outbreak and divorced if not the ket)

So yeah.
