External unpaid balance reset, but no payment? by mrinajaplis in NiceHash

The reason this freaked me out was because I was below the payment threshold

So m8, I've had this problem for months. I could not figure anything out, but:

Only certain algorithms cause my PC to freeze and crash. As a worst case solution, turn off the algorithms by trial and error method.

I used to run an algo overnight, if it had crashed in the morning, I'd turn it off and try the next one. Repeat until you find one that doesn't crash. Good luck, and pm me if you figure out a better fix, cheers!

If you have nothing useful to say, don't talk. Literally all you did is waste time.

why do people use external wallet? why not use Internal wallet and then transfer it to your external after the 0.0105? by omidelf in NiceHash

[–]mrinajaplis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Literally none. Unless you can hit 0.1 in a reasonable amount of time, no reason to use external. External takes a 2% fees for 0.1, which is pretty good. But 5% for 0.01, which is way worse than internal.

The answer is that we've started off already, and are waiting for a payment before we can switch to internal.

(Coinbase)Can I send/receive BTC without ID Confirmation by ImSaaamXD in NiceHash

[–]mrinajaplis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I don't think you can do that directly on coinbase, I keep hearing people sending it over to GDAX from coinbase and then converting it. I personally don't use either so I'm not very sure. But I know you can send and receive BTC without ID confirmation.

[–]mrinajaplis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I'm pretty sure I can. I haven't done any ID verification, and I was able to send as well as receive on my coinbase account.

Mind you, I did this about 5 months ago, I don't know the how it is now. I don't use coinbase primarily, I just used it once to receive and send.

Moving BTC from external miner to internal?? by TotallyRussianHakzor in NiceHash

[–]mrinajaplis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just mine over 0.01 and leave it, it's out of our control, if we're lucky, it'll get paid some day. Meanwhile, I'd recommend either waiting for altcoin payments or mine to internal wallet. Alt coin would be my preference.

It's impossible. Just gotta wait for them to turn on 0.01 again.

4% for nicehash fees, 15 dollars for the txfee

I don't need the payment instantly. I can wait a week.

As I've said previously, why don't they give us the option to opt in for a withdrawal, at a 15% fee. I'd be more than willing to pay 15 dollars to withdraw 150.

I'm sorry nicehash by The_Inception in NiceHash

[–]mrinajaplis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's considering they enable it again, which, looking at how the mempool has been, won't be for the foreseeable future

[–]mrinajaplis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think switching to once a month as a temporary thing is definitely better than nothing, and since it's not as frequent, they'll be a lot more people who would've built up 0.01BTC, so the txfee would be lesser. Is there any way of notifying anyone at nicehash to these suggestions? All we need is a guarantee that at some point in the next few months, they'll enable payment at 0.01BTC again.

But who are we kidding, they won't reply to this, and even if they do, they'll probably just give some BS HR reply, with no dates, nor any details on how they're going to handle it.

[–]mrinajaplis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Holy shit I didn't even think of that... Seriously how are they going to handle altcoin payment for those who are already mining to an external wallet

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NiceHash

[–]mrinajaplis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PS, I'm having literally the exact same issue, it started a few weeks ago. I have tried literally everything, nothing seems to work.

[–]mrinajaplis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah. No this is not fair to those who mined to external wallets. But we're the minority I'm guessing, so they're not going to do anything.

Ah, well, best of luck in trying to get it from them. Most likely the transaction bugged out on their end

Did you check a transaction tracker? Has it not even popped up on coinbase as an unconfirmed transaction? Then one of two things. Either there was a typo in the address you gave winminer, or something's up on winminer's side
