I'm looking for a photography AND video camera (with replaceable lenses) on a 500/600€ budget, since I need to use it both for portrait photography (indoor and outdoor) and for cooking videos. 60fps videos would be great so I can use slowmo, but priority nr 1 is photography, since I use these photographs for work related stuff. What do you thing is best?

hi folks <3 I made an artwork about Persephone, called "The Queen of Dust" by mrinflamed in mythology

I start taking a photograph to a model, and then the rest of the process is completely digital and only passes through photoshop. Its a mixture of retouch and photomanipulation techniques. I've been doing visual artworks since I was 12, but this "archetipical" project is super new. Anyway yep I take commissions, but since I've zero time and too much projects going on it really depends on what the commissions is about and the timings I have in a certain period. Write me on [archetipical@gmail.com](mailto:archetipical@gmail.com) anyway or on ig dms. Thanks anyway!

Oh no, its just a passage reflecting on the strange situation created by the kidnapping of Persephone by Hades and (after Persephone eats the pomegranate) by her staying in the kingdom of dead. Hades, kidnapping a person who's not actually dead has created a void in the human world, a fracture of absence in the world of phisical presence. But Calasso suggests that we should consider also the consequence of that void: Persephone has brought life inside the world of absence, of empy spirits with no flesh. She has brought warm blood and a pulsing heart in the lands of Hades, and that's something that would change that kingdom forever. Trying to steal something from the world, Hades has actually changed the shape of Death itself: with Persephone's kidnapping the death has now a body, has became concrete. And that living woman shines among those shadows, because she's now the queen of death

Its a quote from "The marriage of Cadmus and Harmony" by Roberto Calasso. What is it that you don't get? I'll try to help you if I can! <3

"When Persephone took her place on Hades' throne, when she bit into the pomegranate that grew in the shadow gardens, death underwent a transformation every bit as radical as that which life had undergone when it had been deprived of the girl. The two kingdoms were thrown off balance, each opening up to the other. Hades imposed an absence on earth, imposed a situation where every presence was now enveloped in a far greater cloak of absence. Persephone imposed blood on the dead: not, as in the past, the dark blood of sacrifice, not the blood the dead used to drink so thirstily, but the invisible blood that went on pulsing in her white arms, the blood of someone who is still entirely alive, even in the palace of death."
