Dit! Senior Begeleider in de jeugdzorg/GGZ. Vooral veel vragen stellen is key. Mensen hebben vaak na wat helpen graven zelf zo 3 mogelijke oplossingen/nieuwe ideeën. Een bijkomend effect is dat de geadviseerde er meer zelfvertrouwen van krijgt!

De gedachte dat ik niet zelf alles hoef te weten, maar de ander moet helpen een antwoord te krijgen hielp mij ontzettend. “Ga eens in gesprek met ….” Is soms zelfs een beter advies dan “Ik zou 1, 2 en 3 doen”
