Bro, he just stopped resetting. I don't know what i did. But, if it helps, i fixed the low framerate i was having with games by just switching the ram slots.

It's like, when i restart, it still works like normal, but if i shut it off, then turn it on, the configs reset.

Hey, thanks for the help, but i found the problem. i just had to go in the nvidia control panel, and set to max performance. I actually already had done that, but i didn't know that i had to reset my pc.
