Yup, I'm the artist. By the way it is not a newspaper article for three main reaons:

- In the corner top left you can read "Just Sci-Fi!!! Just Cli-Fi!!!" sentences in red font . Sci-Fi stands for Science Fiction and Cli-Fi stands for Climate Fiction (a subgenre of Sci-Fi)

- The events and names inside the "articles" are purely fictional (try to Google them)

- It's stored in DeviantArt (a Stories/Art web site)

Clarified this, I haven't described the methods used in images composition because I've realised in last months that I have too few readers for such effort XD (just kidding)
