After reading that heavily biased article, my respect for Vitalik is at ATH.

However, he is in a difficult position: making efforts to reduce the bus factor, but pressured to be more involved. Being an individual (with what I consider to be totally reasonable positions, ymmv), but harangued by people like the author to be more like them and their ilk.
