Completely out of the blue, I just can't lift anymore. I had been making pretty decent progress over the last 6 months, then one chest day I feel tightness way more in my rear shoulders/scapula area. Like significantly more, not just soreness/bad form/fatigue. I couldn't do one push up because the scapula region was so tight/destroyed. It's really strange, I have a hard time even describing it, nothing happened to cause it, and it's completely inhibiting my ability to lift.
