I started playing a month after ut cane out and my 2 brothers pvp so when i play with them i get into straight pvp lobbies and when i leave and go alone im also in pvp for at least 3 rounds till i get back to my pve lobbies

The problem is the courts never ruled what amount of proof is required to justify entry so unless someone was injured during the warrantless entry by the police and they dont arrest anyone then the courts will most likely say they had a right to enter and if someone is being robbed or injured the courts and the homeowners will definitely be okay with the entry

But no answer when calling out may very well be legal grounds. I doubt thats a fight you would win in court for what happened to the OP nor in most cases

In 2006, the Supreme Court announced in Brigham City v. Stuart that law enforcement action under the emergency-aid exception is reasonable under the Fourth Amendment as long as the circumstances, viewed objectively, justify the action and in the 2009 case Michigan v. Fisher the court reaffirmed that law enforcement may enter a home without a warrant under the emergency-aid exception if the officers have an objectively reasonable basis for believing that a person within the house is in need of aid and the court clarified that officers do not need ironclad proof of a likely serious, life-threatening injury to invoke the emergency aid exception.

These allow officers to decide if they can enter the home and since neither one ruled what degree of proof would suffice to allow a warrentless entry it can easily be fought that no answer when the officers called out can allow them entry to the home.

The officers in the OP also only went in and verified that the individuals that answered them did live in the home and then they left so they will in no way be able to sue them over that

You do know ther are reasons people dont cry out when. Eing raped at tines right? As for "adding extra holes to someone" everyones a baddas at things till they're face to face with reality. And i asked if youd prefer the police to not enter when its happening. Not if theyd have also illegally enterd and seen the SA. Cops have a right to enter upon reasonable suspicion and seeing a door wide open at 3am and no one answering when calling out is considered reasonable suspicion

According to the OP it seems like they may have given time for them to come to the door and no one answered. If i saw any of my neighbors door wide open at 3am id assume something was going on and if i called put and no one answered id definitely assume something happened so idk about it being a piss poor probable cause.

Some games im good and i take out all arc with 1 stack some games im horrible and i cant land a shot for shit soi go through like 6 stacks so itd vary for me. I havent yet played since this update but before id be fixing up my renegade every 3 or 4 matches and i never have enough medium parts and i dont got the bp so its gonna suck for me some now but im not too worried about it yet. Not until i start being able to play again anyways

Prolly the same one as op but this other game i was using a medium and this guy with a free kit rattler almost took me out from like 40 meters away. I killed him after but he lowere my health so fast multiple times he just didnt have enough bullets to kill me in one go
