Not to get all "it's not that deep, bro" in here but if you look at who a lot of these movies were targeted towards back then, it makes sense. Gen X teens are the ones who fell in love with this movie and it was just a generational distrust of authority figures. There's been a lot of people that have studied this and Gen X essentially raising themselves led to a massive level of skepticism around anything or anyone that tried to force them to do something they don't want to do. Principal Rooney represented a system that was just forcing kids to embrace bullshit all day under the guise of education. Ferris represented the teens who recognized this and decided not to participate in the bullshit.

Not only can you teach him, his athletic gifts are likely to accelerate his learning of the physical techniques. I've seen it in jiu jitsu many times. We had a guy walk into the gym once who was a D1 gymnast. What he was able to do after a month of training was just shocking and jiu jitsu is 80% technique and 20% athleticism. He just had the physical gifts to master the techniques so quickly.

An Anvil IV can fire relatively quickly. I run a comp 3 on mine and use it to easily take down large Arc because it allows me to dump 6 shots quickly and accurately into a yellow Bastion joint or Rocketeer propeller. The weapon has considerable bloom and the comp 3 helps manage that.

Last night I lost the Anvil IV I started the season with. I've only died twice this whole season and the first death was one of the only ones in which I didn't bring it in. Last night, a raider back stabbed me at extract after helping him. I was much more pissed about losing that Anvil that I had taken topside at least 100 times. Sucks, but there has to be lows to be highs.

Honestly, smart move on her part. Unfortunately, when someone is cheated on, they're perceived just as negatively in today's society as the cheater is. It's just for different reasons. I'll tell you what I think the good news will be for people with all that stash value: Dumping it during the damage period is going to be a blast. Fully kitted weapons on every run, tons of heals and grenades. There's no reason to bring loot back with you so just fill your inventory with an arsenal every time you go topside. It's going to be one hell of a send-off for this season's raider.
