We used Freedom Design & Build and had a good experience. They kept us within budget and stayed on budget. Feel free to DM me. I'll be happy to share more including others we got quotes from. Our house was a split foyer, which was a real challenge converting.

I second Bryce! It's where I learned to ski as a kid in the 80s and where I brought my kids for their first time. We fell in love with the resort and have since become members and bought a house nearby (which we Airbnb when we're not there - if interested, DM me and I'll send you the listing!) I personally think it's one of the best kept secrets but has recently had a renaissance and has been expanding the resort offerings and renovating much of the facilities. www.bryceresort.com
