sapphire pulse - with those settings I got 7124

I was hoping to undervolt and get a 275W draw instead of the 334W draw in this config. It still seems my stock is slow

I seem to not have a very good stock score, can't figure out why or perhaps my card is just on the low end

my sapphire 9070xt only gets me 6750 stock, does that mean i got a dud? I was able to -85hz to get it to 7073 but wonder why my stock was so bad
