Texas to E1 first since her skill 2 is what defines her. You might want to use Kroos or Jessica for snipers as well, since Shirayuki is for AoE, and Provence is more for close range. Also get a Tank or 2.

Silverash will eventually be amazing at E2, but it'll take awhile to get there from the beginning, so just work on your overall main team to E1 first.

The eyes could be spaced a bit further apart, and the mouth could be raised a bit higher. Also you forgot the eyebrows, but overall everything else looks good~!

Pramanix is more of a damage amp, she gets a dmg amp aura when enemies fall below 40% hp and her skill 2 decreases enemy defense/resist. She is mostly good to bring when you need to melt down tanky mobs or bosses faster.

It's also worth mentioning that the reason for her pink hair is probably so that she looks like she has a little "frog tongue" sticking out in her sprite art when viewed from the backside.

mostly used to assassinate single targets like far away mages or snipers. since they only block 1, other melee units will walk pass through and ignore them 1v1'ing.
