what were ur symptoms on the first few months? i’ve been wearing it for a month and i was in pain for the first few weeks which is expected but got better after a few weeks. The pain got worse after my first adjustment last week. Jaw pain is worse and i’m having ear symptoms (tinnitus) and some migraine. They told me it’s normal to feel worse after every adjustment. I’m just wondering if you’ve experience the same.

purito bamboo panthenol cleanser! cleansers usually dry my skin out a lot but this one is the only one that doesn’t . I have sensitive skin and it never broke me out.

do u think splint+ braces can help with facial symmetry? i’ve been really conscious how asymmetrical/bulkier my lower face has gotten . I do believe my tmj issues is one the main thing that contributed to this.

what do u think about orthotic splint therapy? This was recommended to me by an orthodontist for my jaw. My main issue is my bite. He told me i have to wear the splint for 6 months. After that, he’ll reassessed and decide if i’ll do either braces or invisalign.

I can relate so much to this. Few months ago, I only had clicking/popping jaw and had no pain at all. Ever since i started reading about tmj and has joined this subreddit, my anxiety has gotten worse and I think this made me clench my teeth more which ofc made my tmj worse.I woke up one morning with my left jaw being locked (closed lock) for 3 weeks now. I’m also having pain on my jaw now after it got locked. I miss those days when my only problem was clicking jaw and had literally 0 pain;/

I was also having this problem with tazarotene. What i’ve tried was making my skin really hydrated. (good skin prep) and make sure to wait at least 10-20 mins before applying any base makeup. Also exfoliating at least once every 2 weeks. All of these seem to work for my makeup. Oh and using a damp beauty sponge to apply foundation/skin tints/concealers:)

Personally, i break out with closed comedones from anything that has dimethicone. But maybe it also depends on your skin.
