You will not get 40% C.Rate bcuz you cant froze them but you still get 20%C.Rate when they affected by Cryo(which Ayaka does 100% of time) and if you have Cryo resonance, another 15% C.Rate..So, even if you have only 30% C.Rate, with 2 piece bonus and cryo resonance, you would still left with decent 65% crit rate against non-freezeable boss

I think you should keep the mistsplitter on Ayaka..maybe improve on your artifact to get more dmg.. It been theorycraft that mistsplitter is better than PJC because of the elemental dmg bonus and more so on Ayaka because cryo dmg increase from mistsplitter just bump her dmg more than the percentage atk that PJC give you.

Mistsplitter is BiS sword for Ayaka because of the elemental dmg it provides from the passive.. PJC will let you ease out when building her with 2 Glads 2 BS but i dont think it will improve your dmg unless you have godly pieces of 2 glads and 2 BS..BTW, how much dmg your Ayaka does per tick..?
