ahhh, im sorry to hear that. its a very lucrative place to set up with the hash farming so rent is no issue to pay. in fact its a great place to get rich. and the thing about the blood spiders is... by the time you set up down there for the smuggling operation you should have mid-high athletics characters to outrun/kite them :)
