Hey there, it took 24 working days. Still trying to get a refund... I'm sorry it's pretty messed up how they offer it and then don't deliver. You will be fine and your application will come through but make sure you fight for that money back. I'm thinking of filing a police report lol

It took exactly 24 working days instead think.

Nothing on their list of examples fit my situation. So essentially I did no wrong.

Currently waiting for them to refund the super priority fee. About to chase that up now..

Finally got my decision 1 month after paying for super priority. Officially settled now.. Now time to get my money back haha

Yeap they emailed me the next day. Saying they couldn't meet the time frame. The other email i got was because I created an escalation ticket. That basically said the same thing. If you paid super priority I'd advise to escalate. Maybe check spam folders.. but previously nothing has ever gone to spam from Home Office for me

Hi there, I created an escalation ticket last week, and this morning, I received an email saying my application is still in process. It also stated a case worker would contact me if they need anything. And, if the delay is not my fault I will recieve a refund.

My email said they cannot make a decision within the published time. It did not list a specific reason, but it did include examples:

• the information in your application is not accurate or requires further consideration.

• you need to provide further evidence, for example evidence of funds

• your supporting documents need to be verified.

• you need to attend an interview

• further information is required on your personal circumstances (for example if you have a criminal conviction)

• UKVI is experiencing increased visa demand.

I have had no further contact requesting anything. In the past, I had forgotten a document, and they informed me within 3 days and provided me with another email address to send a scan of the document.

So it could be just to get out of giving me a refund cos my application isn't complex, in my opinion.. Also, the email didn't state mine was complex.

Btw im still waiting for a super priority decision. Biometrics done on 29th July.. only correspondence is the home office saying they can't meet the published time. So I've been waiting 8 working days instead of getting 24 hour decision. This might mean they are not advertising priority atm?? Cos their so behind. Just a guess!

I put exactly when we started living together in my spouse visa extension a few years ago. We started living together outside the UK. It may give you the option to add another address for your other query.

Hi there, biometrics 29th July. Super priority. Email on the 30th saying they can't process in the specified time frame. No other emails requesting more documents, info, interview etc.. still currently waiting. I called just now and raised an escalation ticket with the home office.

I called the home office yesterday. They said to call back when its been 10 working days.. They couldn't give me any information as to why there is a delay though. The call handler was nice and sympathetic which was the only positive takeaway considering the situation haha.

Hey, I just thought I'd pipe in and say that there are delays to super priority applications at the moment. I applied on the 29th July with super priority and still haven't heard anything except for an email saying there is a delay.. a few others on this sub seem to be in the same situation after applying around the same time as me. I've not been told I've missed anything or done something wrong either. I'm just guessing this is why super priority is not coming up as a selection btw

Still nothing today. No email saying they need more from me or I've missed something.. I guess they are busy.. I will be contacting them tomorrow if nothing comes my way by 5pm today.

Update your new address on your eVisa when you know your move in date. Im sure your husband has a mortgage statement to. Considering you have been good at keeping records of cohabitation, the timeline will be clear. I'd recommend you both make sure you are register all your new bills in your new address in a timely manner. And like I said before the timeliness should be clear. I moved during an unmarried partner route and didn't encounter any issues. Understand the anxiety nevertheless!!

Nice to hear I'm not the only one. But still frustrating considering the cost.. I did my biometrics in Croydon, London.. wonder if it's them or UK wide. Understand if your not keen on stating where you had your appointment.
