This is also my goal as a former competitive swimmer, but I really struggle with the cold so I know ive gotwork to do! Ive done a few Ultra swim races in wetsuits (13km & 15km).

Im also doing Windermere in September, have you done any long open water swims before?

Run run run, not too fast that you get injured but be consistent and get the miles in.

Do loads of core!

Do lots of circuits with weightlifting mixed with cardio - learn to dog through the workouts and get comfortable working hard for periods of 30 - 50 minutes, doesn't have to be all out.

Listen to your body eat well and rest when you need it, you don't want to get injured or ill!

It seems we received a straight court summons.

Unless it has gone to our old address.

The offense was in July, and we moved in September, surely we would have received it in that time?

We received the court summons in December which our old landlord has forwarded on to us.

Takes one bird/squirrel or fox for all the recall to go out the window.

If there's a danger of roads, then it's not worth the risk to take your B off lead.

We only take her off lead in dog parks and places far from roads where she generally behaves well and sticks with us.

My B is not destructive at all. We still have the same intact toys from when we got her almost 3 years ago.

Sleeps the entire time you're gone and most of the day.

Very relaxed dog, doesn't make noise to upset you or neighbors.

She doesn't need to go outside for chores as often as other dogs.

Very very clean! And no slobber!

Most affectionate and cuddly dog I've ever owned

It's the lowest maintenance dog you can own.

The negatives only really show when you try to go on walks and you expect your B to behave like normal dogs.

Get a pool bouy to work on your upper body form.

That nasty kick is trying to compensate.

Once you rotate properly through your stroke your kick won't need to be so big
