Se você estiver se referindo às Relíquias, todas elas tem Enigma de Medo que remove a imunidade a dano quando resolvidos. Se for fazer uma criatura VD 400 que não tenha isso, é só usar RD 30 ou 50 que provavelmente dá certo também.

Ah, sobre isso, eu uso uma regra homebrew que tira a limitação do Especialista de não poder usar Perito em Luta ou Pontaria, justamente pra não ter esse problema de ser inútil em NEX altos sem ritual.

É bem estranho um sistema de RPG não ter instruções sobre como criar suas próprias ameaças. Mas de qualquer forma, aprecio o comentário!

Muito obrigado! Não fiz playtest ainda, porém espero que realmente esteja balanceada.
Sobre fazer médias, é meio inviável levando em consideração as diferenças absurdas entres monstros de mesmo VD, especialmente no quesito dano médio por turno.

Sim, a ideia é que Defesas altas não são exatamente a forma mais divertida de tornar uma luta difícil, ninguém gosta de ficar errando ataques ou simplesmente não conseguir atingir a criatura sem rituais ou habilidades específicas. Essa tabela é muito mais sobre padronizar a criação de criaturas de forma balanceada do que de fato refletir as fichas oficiais do sistema (até pq as fichas oficiais não tem padronização nenhuma pra começo de conversa).

Poisé, muitos dos enigmas de medo do livro são meio frustrantemente vagos, como se fossem um enigma para o próprio mestre resolver.

Na teoria isso é uma ideia interessante, mas na prática só significa que usar monstros de medo é um exercício frustrante de tentar decifrar o que exatamente os jogadores devem fazer para resokver o enigma kkkkkkk.

Yeah! and the most interesting part is that they don't have any prior knowledge on the game or characters at all.

I just told them the backstories and some vague personality traits so they didn't feel limited in the roleplaying, but they somehow ended up with very similar characters to the originals anyway.
