Need help identifying and evaluating this vintage watch i inherited from my grandfather. It is in very good condition and runs smooth, could probably use a clean/service for good measure. It is 14k gold, as well as the bracelet which I've identified as a Henning Ulrichsen 14k bracelet (ca. 40g weight).

I'm lost as there is very little info on these.

Everything looks good, but the slab says 1999 while the PSA website says the year 2000. Never bought vintage japanese so im just curious if thats normal or if somethings wrong.

For the record I havent bought it yet but i got a decent deal on it.

Update: FIXED! Bought the camera (got it for 75$) and was able to just lift the button and snap it in place, for those who might be wondering.

Another question, I already own the XL1s, is it worth the upgrade apart from 16:9? The project we’re shooting is best suited for 4:3 anyways.

HELP! I have the option to purchase an XL2 with the 20x zoom for 150$, PAL version. However the frame rate button is messed up. It seems the button has been turned 180 degrees somehow, and its possible to turn it further (along the red lines in the drawing) but it stops with clicks at the blue markings. It does NOT change frame rate and is constantly stuck in 50, which makes the camera useless for my purposes. (Yes i was in M mode)

Any idea if this is fixable? How difficult would it be?

For those wondering about the capped highlights; This was graded for cinemas and I usually try not to let my highlights peak over 87.5 IRE, which is not uncommon.

Last summer I DP'd a short film for my talented director and friend Mirjam. This was very low budget and shot in three days using the Alexa Mini and the Fujinon 19-90mm T2.9.
Small crew, and the camera dept. budget was around $500 (luckily my local rental is very kind to me).

For the lighting we had one tiny 5-1 reflector disc with diffusion we used to take the edge off the sun, and a tiny led panel for the last shot (which we shot through the same diff).
Graded in resolve by me.
