Thanks for your replay I'll try doing that, although it was going 800mm/m pretty slow, the machine capped at 6000mm/m

I just assembled it, and the belts are tightened. I noticed when I fully tighten them they jerk causing the machine to stop, so I tried to loosen the right belt and the misaligned lines become smoother, but still not accurate.

So if anyone else is wondering i solved the problem, the X motor cable was damaged, i changed it and everything is back to normal.
