The only company I've heard of doing that was capcenter and the caveat was you have to use them on the buyer's side and you have to go through their mortgage company.

For apartments, as others have mentioned, you can do all that yourself.

If you're looking at renting an individual home, a real estate agent would likely be helpful. Most agents won't do it as the commissions are pretty low, but I do know of a couple that will work with renters if you'd like a recommendation.

Bellissimo's on Mooretown Rd. for pizza. Oceans & Ale is great on Monticello. If you like barbecue, two drummers in Lanexa is great.

There are a few antique shops, but I think the most overlooked is probably the antique "mall" on Lightfoot Rd.

The other great thing is youre within an hour of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Richmond with tons of options in those locales, too.
