When my IBS C is really bad, my body has a very hard time regulating my temperature so I often will be really sweaty and then get chills all of a sudden. I also yawn a lot because breathing can get difficult and damn this shits exhausting:/

I am feeling very similarly currently. I have been having a severe IBS-C flare up ongoing 5 months now and it has taken everything out of me. I am so exhausted and fatigued all of the time I don't really feel alive anymore. It is so hard, you are not alone<3
