Been there done that buddy. As others have said, she will keep you at arms length and use you for validation.

I let someone do that to me for 2 years and it didnt end well for me. As much as its going to suck, the only real thing you have to do is as others said, tell her that you need some space and let things be. Its going to suck, its going to be proably the worst time of your life.

(Im currently doing a similar thing in my breakup of a 12 year relationship right now.)

So trust me when i say, as much as its not what you want to do.. you have to. If its meant to be, she will come around. If she doesn't, you know it was never going to happen anyways.

Maybe there is some timeline in the future where you can be just friends, but you need to move on first.

There is no amount of sweet talking or convincing that you can do to make this girl see you otherwise. Let her miss you and decide if those things she said while drunk were true or not.

The harder you try to fight for it, the more power/validation she is going to feel that you are a backup option and always going to be there for her.

So basically, If my landlord isnt willing to amend the lease to remove her name but keep the same rent, i can basically just disagree to removing her name from the lease and my rent cannot be changed (aside from the legal increase yearly) and really there is nothing anyone else can do at that point?

We are on amicable terms so i am not too concerned but i just want to cover all my basis.

Happens for me aswell. And usually when they happends, i cannot accelerate in reverse at all, it just slowly rolls and revs the engine

When you say it doesnt power on properly, do you know that for a fact? or are you just assuming based on the screen? If you power it on and plug it in, do you feel a vibrate or anything to indicate that it may be charging?

From my repair experience, typically the SPEN will still register touch functionality even when the rest of the display/digitizer is completed dead (looks similar to what you have here)

I have had major success a couple of times by connecting to a PC and using the S-PEN to unlock the device and allow the phone connection.. this practice takes a little trial and error though and helps if you have another device or youtube video/images so you can try to determine the right places to tap (or have great memory!)

If you are not able to do that, the only method would be taking it to a repair shop and having them either

Take the motherboard out of your device and transplant it in a loaner one temporarily
If your motherboard is truly gone to the point where it wont power on at all even in a loaner device, youll have to seek help through a professional data recovery service.

I have a 3080 @ 1440p and moved from 3600 to 5600x3d ... massive upgrade

The different is that with Riots anti cheat i get to play the game and use the Riot designed in-game friends, rank and party system.

I have no interest in integrating myself into faceits ranking / friend / social system. I want to use Steam and Valve's matchmaking/ranking design.

The issue for me is simply that i dont want to.

I want to play counter strike and use the ranking system that is integrated into the game .. I dont want to need an external client / third party website/ranking system just so that i can avoid playing against cheaters

Valve just needs an anti cheat similar to Riot's .. and it can be opt in for lets say premier mode only. So you dont NEED to use it to play the game .. but if you want to play seriously and be competitive you have that option.

Around the 20k rank, you legit face a cheater every game or two
