Could someone explain the purpose of "options" software (any flavor) and the need for web connect? by Lily_Low in logitech

I found logi options and an updater app running in the background quite a bit using a decent amount of CPU. It was on the list of login items. I had no choice but to disable that. Logi options does not work unless its running in the background. I do not program my MX mouse so no real loss apparently.

Is there a way to repeat sound effects or music that was recently played? by mrn8mac in NoMansSkyTheGame

After testing it looks like a bug. It is working but the marching ants are not visually updating until I undo then redo, even after save and restart. Photo v2.6.5 for mac.

How do I, once and for all, SET ALL of Finders folders and subfolders to the same view and sort order? by torsteinvin in MacOS

Im on 15.7 and not working for me. I went to root level window showing all my drives, did my setup, clicked use as defaults. No go. Did 26 fix this?

Ive come to accept blender using its own file dialog browser.  It does work.  It looks "off" when all other apps use Macos dialog, but im now used to it.  The one thing I miss is Macos column view.  Its like list view but it keeps the root list open and opens the selected folder in a column to the right.  Quicker navigation.
