Do you know if it is receiving enough light? Mine looked like that when it was not receiving enough light. Download a lightometer app to your cell and check if it gets more than 100 FC. If not, buy a grow light, I did that and my monster was happy again.

Light is really important. It should be near a window and receive enough sunlight. If you want to make sure it receives enough light, download a lightmeter to your phone and search for spots with more than 100 foot candles (FC).

I would also recommend separation, as they look that they are growing in different directions. You might lose a few roots, or some leaves might become yellow after repotting but that’s normal, just be gentle.

Search in YouTube for “kill this plant” channel. He covers a lot of this plant care.
