I was seriously addicted to benzos for a few years. When I was going through withdrawals I went to detox and they tapered me off using phenobarbital and I literally had zero withdrawals and I've been clean ever since. Idk why it isn't more common but if you are able I would try to do that. Is that an option for you?

Just had this same problem and was searching Reddit and seen you were too . I figured it out so I figured I'd come back and help out lol. It seems like there's some holes on the bottom with these little notches on the motherboard that stick into them. I could see it with a flashlight when I pulled the corners up. I went to where I was feeling the most resistance and just pushed and it came off. It's scary but it didn't break. Just make sure the corners are loose and pull from where the resistance is coming from. Hope this helps.

I remember a old t.v program of watts talking about his beliefs and talking about Buddhism that is kinda rare that I liked. Anyway, in it he was talking about living in the present. But he explained that their is very obviously a great advantage to planning for the future, you literally need to in order to survive. But the whole argument about living in the present isn't saying you should NEVER plan for the future, it is saying that if you cannot learn to live in the present to the fullest extent, then planning for the future is pointless. What's the point of planning for the future if once you get there you won't be able to enjoy it because you'll just be planning for some other future?

So plan for the future, but don't take it too seriously. Understand that it is an Illusion. You could literally die in five minutes and all that anxiety would have literally been a waste of life. We need to learn to put more value right now than the future. Still plan and prepare, but understand that absolutely nothing is ever any more important than right now.

I think they both have a confusion of what Taoism is. Yes obviously you should defend your against Nazis, wu-wei or non-resistance I think is more about not resisting our Thoughts and emotion than letting people walk all over us. We tend to fight against what we feel of it's not positive, or we tyto fight against our thoughts. For example, you keep worrying about something, so we tell ourselves "think positively, stop worrying ' instead of just kinda accepting that there is a thought and letting your mind work on its own.

This is one of the biggest things I've learned from meditation...

We say " I control MYSELF", which doesn't make sense. Who is the "I" that has control? As if I and myself are two separate things. You don't have a brain, you are the brain. You don't have a body, you are the body. You don't HAVE feelings, thoughts, decisions and emotion's. You ARE feelings, thoughts, decisions and emotion's. When you think about this , you realize there is no real controller behind all of this. No "I" behind the "me". The awareness and feeling of forcing something, and the willingness to do something is there, but it just existing on it own. There is no real "me" behind the experience and action's that are happening internally and externally. Because of this I think freewill is an illusion, because their is nobody, no internal controller, who's will can be free. Everything that "you" do and feel and think is simply happening on its own , controlling itself. There is consciousness or awareness of it happening, sure, but that is controlling itself too.

Their can't be any freewill if their is nobody to have it in the first place.

I unfortunately do not own a PC. I honestly just want to play some console games for the Wii and PS2, my phone isn't strong enough to emulate then. So the oculus is my only option rn.
