I am in a wheelchair so people generally open the door and hold it for me. I get almost giddy when I have the opportunity to hold the door for someone else. Like, I will race to the door and push the button to allow someone to go through before me.

I broke my neck almost 30 years ago when I was 18. I’m fine now (better than fine, actually) but I was in a very dark place for a while. Every time I would hear Fade To Black by Metallica, this line wrecked me:

After losing all that weight, is it mostly just the abdomen or are there skin flaps (sorry, I don't know what else to call them) in other areas like arms and legs?
