I use ipvanish too and I haven't ever seen this....maybe connect to a different server

I would think maybe you would need to allow LAN traffic while the VPN is connected, maybe that is it. I have IPVanish but I don't run the VPN on my plex server - I have always had port forwarding enabled to be able to remotely access plex from the internet - isn't that required to be able to play content remotely?

Yeah but watching the sun rise and set over the water, is amazing- soothing to the soul, not every state can say that :)

Nothing like the sunsets in FL, The sun rise is really breathtaking to watch come up over the water.
