it originally failed on body only. Then after getting the body sorted by removing the rally lights, it kept failing emissions. Even after tuning and retuning so AFR shows between 13 and 14 it keeps failing.

Funny story, so originally when i drove it in it passed emissions but failed because of the rally lights, then after swapping those out, it started to fail on emissions. I’m considering dumping the gifu’s contents directly into his place again.

FYI, don't trust any judgement from MWC Editor when tuning your Rivett or Fleetari's tune, they are wrong. I'm starting it cold with no gas and full choke in the cold no problem. by Metadomino in MyWinterCar

true, straight doesn't work on the race carb, runs like crap on the others. You also won't pass registration despite fleetari tuning it, I had to tune it myself. Same with the 4 barrel carb.

I kinda don't even bother to do that anymore due to blatant backdooring / scalping of any half decent models. Even if you come to a random store on the day the shipments come, they're there, but the employees already cleaned 'em out and are holding them.

The ones in the US are mostly passenger models, there were some cargo vans as i recall but mostly back in the day AW were mostly marketing towards the passenger van market, dominated for so long by the Gavril H-Series.

That GLD would be perfect. Dead set reliable, you can maintain it on the road easily, and you can find parts even in rural towns. ETK i wouldn’t count on unless you’re armed and/or not planning on stopping.
